1. Gather a group of family, friends, or coworkers (8-10 or more keeps the cost down!) Cost.
 

2. Choose a Package!  2 hr. party (11" X14" canvas,  or 2 wine glasses)  2.5 hr. party (12" X16" canvas, or 3 wine glasses) or a  3 hr. party (16" X 20" canvas or 4 wine glasses). 
 

3. Choose your location: 

Home, Office, Church, Convention Center, Other.

 

 

4.                         Paint Party and Wine.  Include guest count, location, and

 

dates and times.

5. Review the  Agreement Form

6. Make nonrefundable deposit of $150.00 to reserve your date.
 

7. Have your guests vote on their favorite painting from the gallery .

8. Email the final guest count, which is the amount you will be charged, at least 24 hours before your party. The remaining  balance must be made by the day of your private paint party.  Refunds are not provided.

 

9. Please have tables and chairs ready at your venue. The artist will arrive for set up between 45 minutes to an hour and a half before your event.

 

10. Remind guests to arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of your party and enjoy your stress-free private paint party!
